3. Consulting Services
Consulting services may include:

Cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
No-show
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in the session being considered completed with no refund issued.
4. Service-Based Projects
For larger professional services (such as design, consulting, or strategy projects), specific payment and refund terms will be defined in separate written agreements or project contracts.
Any deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Matteo Di Lisi / Alpha Vision.
